Mungfali provides an image search API and related web services. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our pricing page for plan details.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
