External dependencies
Mungfali relies on the following third-party services. Outages there may affect specific features:
- Image upstream provider — source index for search results (configured via admin settings)
- PayPal & Razorpay — subscription billing and checkout
- Resend — transactional email
- Hosting (DigitalOcean) — application and database infrastructure

For urgent production issues, email support@mungfali.net with your organization name, approximate time of failure, request ID or query string, and HTTP status code received.
For billing or account questions, use contact or open a ticket from the dashboard. Include your API key prefix (first 16 characters only — never the full secret).
